Im struggling to get my Phonak compliot to pair with the Plantronics MDA 200 and the expensive BT300….its frustrating…..im doing exact what the instructions says.
The Plantronics BT300 will not pair with the Phonak Compilot. You need the SSP2714. The SSP2714 is a wireless Bluetooth USB adapter designed specifically for Phonak ….. It looks like a BT300, but has a slightly different signaling code. You will need to contact Plantronics for this device, or find a Plantronics dealer that can supply it to you.
